This is a living estate auction for the Hulse family. They are downsizing!! Please LOOK at the pictures as I have not missed any items we are selling at NO RESERVE. All items are selling as is where is with NO warranty or returns allowed. Please come to the preview before the sale starting at 8am on the 27th with the auction starting at 10am. New addition 2005 Alfa "A Loving Family Affair" Motor Home with less than 30 thousand miles on a CAT 350 Horse Power Diesel Pusher. Owner does have a 30K reserve on this unit. He purchased to refurbish and no longer can do the work needed. The inside is immaculate with some grease stains on the carpet from the slide out unit. The outside does have pitting that will need to be addressed. His loss is your gain as similar units are selling for 50K to 90K. This is the original ALFA which some seek to collect.
