This auction is online only and pick up only,. Be sure you are able to pick up items at the posted pick up day and time. Shipping can be arranged by contacting the auction company and then making arrangements with the UPS Store in Escanaba Michigan (906) 786-9095. Arrangements must be made with them prior to auction company dropping off the items to be shipped.
INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% ON ALL MERCHANDISE. The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically call us ahead of time to arrange for different payment. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method. The credit card bidders choose to use for registration will be authorized at that time. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover ONLY. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts. The first item for the current auction is scheduled to close at 6a:00PM Eastern on March 15 . Items will close every fifteen seconds there after unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:15, the third item closes at 6:00:30 and so on and so forth until all items have closed. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Bower Auctions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan. On Line only auction for the estate of Roy and Jeanette Landis of Cooks, MI. Roy worked for the Soo Line Railroad for over 40 years and was a lifelong collector and tinkerer. Sale features lots of railroad, farm, and local interest antiques, as well as household items. Bidding opens April 28 and sale closes on May 5. Pickup will be by scheduled appointment Saturday, May 8 from 10 -5 , and Sunday May 9 from 10-3 pm . All times Eastern. Shipping can be arranged through the UPS store of Escanaba.

Bower Auctions LLC Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 4:00PM and a bid is received at 3:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes. The first item for the current auction is scheduled to close at 6a:00PM Eastern on March 15 . Items will close every fifteen seconds there after unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:15, the third item closes at 6:00:30 and so on and so forth until all items have closed. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan.
