Masks are STILL required, at our sales !! And, before you point out to me, that “governor Abbott said…..” Yup, he said all businesses can go by their own rules. (And, ‘ol Greg doesn’t even shop at our sales)  So, my rule is, wear your mask. Period. 

 

 

 

What a very fun sale this week ! Not only is there a home and garage, with some really nifty things, there’s also a patio, a big shop, and an upstairs apartment !!! That being said, there WILL be signs, advising if you’re not able to SAFELY navigate the stairs, then, don’t go upstairs !

 

The sale will be at 103 Ivy, in Jones Creek,  Friday and Saturday, March 19-20,  9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET, OR DRIVEWAYS !!!!

 

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the names on the list around 8:45. 

 

PLEASE NOTE- THE ONLY ACCESS TO THE SALE, WILL BE THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR. NOT THROUGH THE GATES AT THE DRIVEWAY. 

 

 

 

 There are several step-up and step-down areas, so this property is not very handicapped friendly. Estate Liquidators, nor the homeowner, will be responsible, should YOU choose to ignore any warnings put in place. 

 

There are some long fishing poles, please be mindful of other shoppers, and the ever deadly ceiling fans, as you’re swinging them through the house.

 

 There will be NO children allowed in sale areas. 

 

No large purses, bags, back packs, strollers will be allowed. 

 

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT provide carriers, loaders, nor pack mules, for your large or heavy purchases. YOU need to make arrangements, to have your items moved. 

 

We accept cash, credit cards, and approved Brazoria County checks. There’s a $60 returned check fee. If you’re thinking that’s too much, write your bad checks somewhere else.

 

Large/bulky items will have a two-part tag attached. If you wish to purchase that item, take the BOTTOM HALF of the tag, and hang onto in until you check out. If you change your mind, find one of the EL workers,(we’re the ones with ESTATE LIQUIDATORS printed, front and back, on our shirts), and give them the tag, so they can reattach it.
