SLT Estate Sales is having a great sale in Plaistow NH right off Main St We found many great treasures in the house including some really unusual finds! We found a wonderful 1930’s B&D Banjo made in Groton Mass complete with RARE original pick guard and perloid inlays. Other instruments include a 1940’s Egmond acoustic guitar, a Vega Brass Trumpet and a really fine full size Italian accordion. Although much of the larger household furniture will be moving to smaller quarters with the lady of the house, lots of smaller antique furniture, the complete contents of the garage, basement, and ALL of the smalls have got to go! There is even a vintage 1998 Pontiac Firebird for Sale and all the Lawn and Garden Equipment. There is a TON of collectible boy scout memorabilia, costume jewelry, old pocket watches, dolls, glassware, pottery, and some really pretty antique furniture and lamps. The basement is full of many power tools, old records, and a cool ping-pong table. It’s getting harder the find fresh merchandise at great prices so here is your opportunity! There are 3 old Waltham pocket watches, cufflinks, fishing rods, and a very large number of vintage boyscout patches & scarves. We found an old Mass.Collector’s Badge, and some older American Legion Medals. There are old lighters and a 1917 Corona Flip-Top Typewriter in the original case. We found a number of vintage dolls including some cabbage patch and others. There are collectible angels, bells, cats, monkeys, & other figurines. Vintage prints, clocks, paintings, & mirrors line the walls. The antique furniture includes a Governor Winthrop Desk, painted mahogany bedroom set, painted dresser, a really nice Gooseneck Rocking Chair with matching ottoman, an inlaid mahogany ladies desk and Victorian pedestal. There are 4 Large Cages for Tropical Birds or Small Primates, 2 antique sewing machines, an early 20th C Industrial table, and even an antique safe! There are Danish modern tables, vintage brass side tables, other small chests & tables, and a pretty 1930’s ladies chair. The basement and garage are full of tools and yard equipment just in time for winter! There is a working Simplicity Snow Blower, Husky 5000W Generator, and a Craftsman DYT 4000 Yard Tractor with Bagger and attached cart.
