Bank Seized Restaurant Equipment SELLING ONLINE ONLY BID DEADLINE (Starts To Close): Thur., April 29th @ 10 AM ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling an assortment of restaurant equipment recently seized from an operating commissary in Metro Atlanta. For a sample of the assets to be sold, please click the "All Photos" tab. ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on April 19th. INSPECTION: Wednesday, April 28th from 11 AM - 1 PM. Per CDC and other government guidelines concerning COVID19, we have instituted new inspection procedures.

Payment to be received at 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite F, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 on Friday, April 30th from 9 AM - 3 PM. REMOVAL: Friday, April 30th from 9 AM - 3 PM. Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.
