 -We accept Cash & Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied.

The home will be set up into two separate sales with two separate entrances/exits & two separate pay stations.  One the second day, we may merge the sale.  Details will be listed on the front door on the morning of day 2.

 -We do not disclose pricing prior to sale.

 -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring SOLD TAGS-

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area.  If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk.

We will be limiting the amount of people in the home.
