We know you love Pickers Sales and here is one that has been untouched for at least 25 Years! 30 plus year Hillsboro resident and Business Owner George Belanger is selling his Commercial and Residential Properties and needs this 2 level Barn completely empty!  

What's a "Pickers Sale?"  

     A sale that is not staged to look pretty, a sale that hasn't been searched or picked through. It's a sale where you do the dirty work, discovery and uncover things and buy them for a liquidation price! American Pickers made a show about this... here is your chance to to be like Mike and Frank!  There is a little bit of everything. If your a furniture flipper or refinisher, this is a perfect sale. The furniture will be priced amazingly!  If you are a reseller, flea marketer or yard sale seller... come get things at a price you can resell! Or just come get sweet deals on stuff for yourself! 

What makes this sale different then our normal Estate Sales?

   Cash only. No children allowed. No directional signage. (We will have one very simple BRIGHT PINK and BLACK ARROW poster board sign in front of the sale location.)  Sale hours are 9am-4pm.

What should I expect when I arrive?

   The place is PACKED, but it is a SMALL sale. Two Floors and that's it. Therefore we will only be allowing a very small amount of shoppers inside at a time until things start selling and there is more room. Be prepared to wait in line for some time. 

What do I do when it's my turn to shop? 

   Dig around, find things you like and bring them outside and make a pile!   Then let us know when you are done and we will come up with a great cash price!   The average price range per item will be in the $1-$20. ball park.  THIS IS A SALE YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO MISS! 
   
Anything Else? 

   Yes! Please respect the Businesses and the Tenants/Neighbors that live close by! Don't block them in, Don't park in their place of business. If you arrive early before we open PLEASE BE VERY QUIET.   If you have any questions sale day, ASK US!

• Parking: PLEASE DO NOT PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE AUTOPARTS STORE! Parking there is for THIER BUSINESS. Plenty of parking lot parking to the side and plenty of street and side street parking. Do not block anyone in please.

• NO CHILDREN, NO ANIMALS, DRINKS OR FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE.
  

NOTE:

Covid/CDC Guidelines: We will conduct our business as to follow all requirements and all Guidelines by the CDC at the time of this sale and/or Local Laws that apply to Retail Business. This will include:

• Shoppers will be Required to Wear Face Coverings. Our Team will also be Required to do so.

• Hand Sanitizer will be available.

• Social Distancing whenever and wherever possible.

Please Note: As we are classified as a Retail Business, we are required to obey certain Max. Occupancy inside homes. During the mornings when we may have a line to get inside, we ask kindly that each shopper be respectful of those waiting to enter and for you to shop QUICKLY and not to loiter. We do not wish to impose more "Rules" and tell shoppers exactly how much time they are allowed, but we reserve that right at any point if we have a massive turnout. AS ALWAYS, if you DO NOT like to wait to get in, do not come anywhere near opening time. Coming later in the day is usually smart if you would rather not have to wait around for your turn to get inside. We have no "Crystal Ball", but typically the first 2 hours are our busiest times.

• Our Estate Sales are the upmost Professional Estate Sales, this is what to expect at our sales:
• Attendance: We do not do sign in sheets. Form a line only. We have one of the largest followings of shoppers in the Country, so typically some shoppers will arrive HOURS before we open to make sure they are in line when we open the door. We expect a big turnout for this sale, because who doesn't like amazing prices on thousands of amazing items! We keep it very simple: We will let in the most shoppers at one time that we deem is accurate based on the safety of our shoppers and the size of the home. Our highest priority is the safety of our shoppers. Please do not be grumpy with us if you roll out of bed late and have to wait in line. The early bird absolutely gets the worm. We open at the advertised time and never allow early entry. If you really want your best chance at getting in right when we open, we recommend arriving MANY HOURS before we open. If you don't like crowds or waiting, we recommend coming later in the day. If you arrive hours before we open, we just ask for you NOT to walk the property and to stay BEHIND our open/closed sign. Anyone not abiding to this will be asked to leave. We have Cameras with motion sensors mounted around the property inside and out. Thank you for the respect!

• Payment Options:   Cash Only. 

• Last Hour Bargains! Anything remaining the last hour of our sale on the last day will be heavily discounted in every effort to leave this property empty! We call this "Power Hour", meaning If you are a reseller, bargain shopper, super frugal or just darn "cheap", we invite you to attend the last hour of our sale, bring a box or make a pile and name your price! Seriously, if you can get it out of the sale in the last hour the deals will be unheard of! It's a smart idea to come back to our sales the last hour! Just make sure you can get it all out by closing time. No exceptions.
• Bring shopping bags or boxes with you! We simply cannot supply bags & boxes for hundreds of people every weekend.* NOTE: We reserve the right and we WILL check ALL boxes, bags, purses before you exit.

• First come, First served: Our Estate Sales are simply conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Get there very early and well before opening time if you expect to be one of the first to enter at opening time. Having one of the largest followings in the United States, it's typical for us to have lines therefore we have to limit the amount of shoppers inside at one time. We do this based on the safety of our shoppers and respect for our clients homes.

• We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale. We never allow early entry.

• We don't give out prices before the sale for any reason.

• We are unable to move, deliver or relocate items, so please come prepared with help to do so. All items need to be removed by the end of advertised hours. Every item is sold as-is, where-is, UNTESTED, with no warranties whatsoever expressed or implied. No returns or refunds for any reason.

• We have an abundance of Security protocols in place including Security people, counterfeit money detection, video cameras recording all activity and a security alarm system in place at the home and during the sale. Tag / Price Switching is a FELONY in the State of New Hampshire. IT'S OUR POLICY TO PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
