Listing Information

This sale is in the home of a retired art professor who has multifaceted and eclectic interests, which allows us to offer you a very unusual and interesting estate sale.  You will find everything from current furnishings, to mid-century modern, plus many items with African, Asian and Japanese influence. There are decorative side chairs, a pair of unusual recliners, small and medium size tables, a cute metal Bistro table with two chairs, and many unusual and decorative pieces of wall art. The kitchen features Homer Laughlin “Aristocrat” china, Bohemian crystal, original signed pieces of pottery, numerous small appliances and kitchen utensils. There is a Frigidaire stackable washer/dryer combo.  For the artist, there are stretched and mounted blank canvases of all sizes, several large boxes of artist modeling clay, paint, painting supplies, an artist palate, art portfolio tote’s, and brushes. Lots of ladies clothing and jewelry.  In addition, there are many interesting “one of a kind” signed art pieces, masks, decorative wooden boxes and baskets.  There is a First Act guitar, a flat screen Vizio TV, and a very nice flute for the aspiring flautist. The garage has the usual hand tools.  There is a gently used 16-inch variable speed scroll saw, and a fully adjustable compound miter saw, two very clean drill motors, several assorted grinders, a Black and Decker jig saw, sanders, and a small hand-held circular saw. All the tools have been well cared for. There is a large Task Force toolbox with 11 drawers and various electronics. The library features many art books and history, cooking, fiction, gardening, religion, and many other subjects of interest. Outside there is a very nice set of vintage metal patio chairs, other vintage pieces of lawn furniture, assorted yard tools, a 6-foot aluminum ladder and a heavy wheelbarrow.
