Terms and Conditions - To Bid and Buy REGISTRATION Registration is free and you must register for each individual auction in order to place bids. The information and credit card are collected to verify that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be legal age for bidding in the auctions. BIDDING While the auction is "live" you can check the status of your bids through the actual catalogue or through the tab sections of "bid history". Please note that once a bid has been placed it cannot be retracted, as it would be unfair to the other bidders. All items are sold in the condition as is, where is, untested. HOW PURCHASES ARE PAID There is no cost to register for an auction or to add items to your watch list. If you are actively bidding at the close of the auction are the winner we will charge your credit card with the winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium of 13% and HST. REVIEWING YOUR BIDS During an auction you can check the status of your bids at any time. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason.
