NOTICE: All merchandise will be sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" and NO REPRESENTATIONS or warranties of any kind expressed or implied are being made by Auctioneer or Seller with respect to the condition of the merchandise, its fitness for any particular purpose, or the quantities or descriptions or pictures being provided by Auctioneer. Buyers must do their own due diligence including conducting an inspection of the merchandise being auctioned and determining the quantities, descriptions and condition of all such merchandise contained in this catalogue and/or presented at auction. All Bidders agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby.

REGISTRATION/PAYMENT: In order to participate at the auction, bidders must agree to pay their entire invoice by bank check or wire transfer within 2 business days of receiving the invoice. All sales are AS-IS, WHERE-IS and there are no representations of any kind being made, either express or implied. This includes, without limitation, no representations or warranties with respect to the authentication, quality, usefulness, condition, marketability, value or title to any item. Bidders bid and buy at their own risk.

NOTES ON BIDDING MECHANICS: The auction is subject to a "soft 3-minute close"- which means the timing of any closing will be delayed by 3 minutes in the event someone places a bid in the last 3 minutes of bidding. For each additional bid thereafter, the bidding will extend for an additional 3 minutes. This is aimed at preventing sniping in the last moment of any auction. Therefore, bidders are encouraged to bid early and pay close attention at the end of any auction or use the "max bid" function to ensure your bids will be kept up automatically.

9. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR REMOVAL:
- No goods will be released to the purchaser until the entire invoice is paid for in full.
- Buyers must remove the merchandise from the premises at their own risk, expense and liability.
- Items must be removed in a commercially reasonable manner.
- Buyer is responsible for removing any waste such as frozen food in the freezers/oil in the fryers. Such items must be taken off premises and disposed of elsewhere.
- Break down and Removal of merchandise bough MUST take place on one business day. Such day shall be scheduled with the auctioneer within a week of the auction. If additional days are required a fee of $300 per day will be charged.

Offering includes, Beverage Air Bottle Cooler, Towel Warmer, Stainless Steel Prep Tables, Garland Natural Gas Upright Broiler, Stainless Steel Sinks, Imperial Commercial 6 Burner Gas Range, Pitco Frialator Natural Gas, Natural Gas Stock Pot Range, Ricemaster Natural Gas Rice Cookers, Auto Chlor Commercial Dishwasher, Lot of Steel Pots and Sheet Pans, True 2 Door Refrigerator, Kenmore Freezers, Manitowoc Ice Machine, Lot of Plastic Take Out Trays, Cups, Flatware, Tables, Chairs and much more! For the past 3 decades, Tony's Azuma Sushi has been a staple among local residents. The Hartsdale restaurant was one of the first authentic sushi restaurants in Westchester County. His customers and staff over the past 38 years became like a second family to Tony, and his favorite part about running the restaurant. Tony was born on October 11, 1947 in Yamanashi, Japan. He came to the United States in 1969 and opened Azuma Sushi in 1983. Tony was a loving husband, father and friend to many. AuctionAdvisors, along with many others, has offered it's services to assist his family with the financial burden they are faced with as a result of his passing.
