This is definitely a great sale for local collectors, antique pickers, and Ebay sellers to attend! The furniture includes a complete 4 piece Heywood Wakefield Riviera Bedroom Set, another mid-century bedroom set, chrome bar stools including the iconic Z stool, Antique walnut drop-leaf table and chairs, rockers, mid-century end tables, and a wonderful Moroccan hand hammered copper table. There is a collection of vintage clocks including Mantle, Cuckoo, and even a ship novelty clock. The kitchen and basement bar are filled with vintage 1950’s glassware and pottery items. Among the local memorabilia is a complete Haverhill Fireman’s uniform with all the original badges, hats, and buttons. There is also Holihan’s Advertising Beer thermometer from a Brewery in Lawrence, MA. There is a tool room in the basement filled with a lathe from the Pope Manufacturing Corp, Hammer drills, Bench Grinders, and all sorts of older tools and hardware. We found early fluid lamps, push-up candlesticks and a great Lions Head GWTW lamp. There are 2 generations worth of religious items and an antique Lyra Bell Metal Squeeze Box. There are 1950’s dolls, Tonka Trucks, Christmas decorations, Linens, Bedspreads, Baby and Doll Clothes, and a large collection of Popular Mechanics and Popular Science magazines. We found vintage fishing rods, lures, and reels, an old WWII gun cleaning kit and a great WWII Machete captured in the Phillipines.
