Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 40 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. This 10,000 square foot Neoclassical mansion and local landmark named the John D'Arcy House was built in 1901 on a Joliet limestone foundation and was moved across the street in 2007 atop a poured concrete foundation.
