All sales are where is, as is and final with no returns. Items are sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. MM Sacred Heart Children & Family Services are not liable for any damage and / or injuries to persons and properties inside or outside the warehouse. Cash, credit, and debit cards will be accepted. You may bring your own box to carry purchased items. For larger or heavier items please bring sufficient labor to help move and load - there is a loading ramp with overhead door on one side of the warehouse. Please park in designated visitor parking - do not park at or block the warehouse loading docks. Please be courteous to other warehouse tenants and happy shopping!

Join us for this 3-day sale where everything must go! Due to having so many estates, we are unable to provide price quotes prior to the sale. All reasonable offers will be accepted.
CDC Guidelines:
For everyone's safety we will be following all CDC guidelines to maintain compliance as related to COVID-19 at the sale:
- You are required to wear a face mask the entire time you are at the warehouse. -If you are sick, please stay home. - We will limit the number of people into our warehouse units. - Please keep social distancing of 6 feet between yourself and others in the warehouse.
About our Warehouse:
This sale is located in a warehouse on Lassen Street between DeSoto Avenue and Owensmouth Avenue. The building is a 2 tone gray warehouse and says ReadySpaces on the front of the building.
If the main gate is open, please drive to your right to park in visitor parking and sign the list on the clipboard by the front door. We will be letting in a few people at a time.
If the main entrance is not open, please use street parking, sign the list on the clipboard by the main gate then form a line at the main gate. Someone will open the gate so you can enter and let you into the building itself.

About MM Sacred Heart Children & Family Services
This sale benefits our charitable nonprofit MM Sacred Heart Children & Family Services. We provide services for commercially sexually trafficked children and behaviorally challenged th children (with PTSD, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, etc.). All proceeds from the sale go directly to the nonprofit to assist with paying for food, clothing, transportation, etc. for the children as well as for 24/7 professional care for the children along with our many other operating expenses. |
