Two generations of this family have vacated this home, leaving behind two full apartments and a basement full of everything from mid-century modern furniture to a good rock record collection. A single staircase makes all three levels easily accessible. The second floor apartment features a repro mid-mod kitchenette, living room, dining room and two bedrooms. The first floor has both mid-century and vintage bedroom and living room furniture, as well as a 1980s kitchenette. There is a packed kitchen. Someone has interesting taste in lamps. The basement has several mid-century furniture pieces in storage. There is a kitchen here too, and a spare bedroom dominated by vintage stereo equipment. There is also a workshop. The basement is where you will find quite a respectable record collection with a focus on classic rock. The most important thing in the garage is an Ariens 724 snowblower, which was used this year.
