Terms:
ALL Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
All descriptions are believed to be accurate but NOT guaranteed.
Bidders inspection is encouraged, by photo or in person.
By placing a bit, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Therefore, no returns, refunds, or refusal to remove your items for our auction house, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Irrevocable.
15% Buyers premium rate charged to bidders.
We accept Cash or credit cards. Credit will be charged immediately after the auction ends. Cash discount at pick up of 2%.
Pick up customers: Pick up is normally on Saturday and Sunday after the auction ends. You have until Sunday at 5pm to pick up the items.
Shipping customers: Let us know up front you will need shipping on any items won. We charge a $10 Handling fee to pull your order and transport it to our 3rd party shipper. 3rd party shipper will contact you with options and you will pay him direct for shipping.
If items are left for any reason past 20 days we will resell you items at our convenience.
Auctioneer had the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He also has the right to pass on any bid he feels in not in the best interest of his clients.

We have Glass; cut glass, Murano, Carnival and some crystal, Outdoor items including Fishing Tackle, Ammo, 30-30, 30-06, .38, .45, 20 gauge, 12 gauge with 00 buckshot, Framed Art including 3d art, Computer laptop, CD Rom, wireless home protection in original box, additional cameras, A book of baseball cards, hotwheel cards, Indy Racing Trading Cards, Jockie Trading Cards, Old Toy Cars, Hotwheels, and Harley Truck, Tractor, Home Decor, wire racks and metal and wood shelving, plus much more. The next auction will be the rest of the Ebay Store and office furniture and racks, the last auction will be the garage with hand tools, drill press and the contents of 2 small outer buildings.
