In the event of a "tie bid" the auctioneer may reopen the bidding process between those tie bidders only to determine the highest bidder for that lot.

Pick up is Sunday April 25th from noon until 4:00pm. Failure to call or pick up items can result in your bidding privileges being revoked and can cause you to have a negative hi-bid score. Please bring exact change or a check, and help to load large or heavy items. Pick up is at the auction location. A loader will be available for pickup hours only.
