Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Stunning Stoughton Estate Sale on Sunday May 2nd from 9am-2pm. If you are an art lover or History major this is the sale for you! The home of a highly successful History Professor you will find a wide range of interesting items as well as a huge library! To start off you will numerous pieces of fine art such as a Miro lithograph with Certificate, a signed Renoir etching with certification, numerous signed pieces by Sister Corita Kent, Calder hanging sculpture, lithographs, prints, religious icons, sterling silver flatware, gold cufflinks, vintage Magic Cards in boxes, Mid Century lighting, oriental rugs, furniture, thousands of books, old swords, vintage Human body models, Christmas decorations, bedroom furniture, Bundy saxophone, Generator, snowblower, vintage kitchenware, basement treasures, yard & garden supplies, household goods, knick-knacks & more… Don’t miss it!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!
DUE TO COVID-19 FACIAL MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANYONE ATTENDING. HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE & REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE TO USE PRIOR TO ENTERING & EXITING. IF PEOPLE ARE WAITING OUTSIDE TO GET IN THEY MUST PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAND 6 FEET APART UNTIL THEY ARE LET INSIDE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!!!
Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet you must stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up.
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).
Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors Sign-Up Sheets should not be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
