Please wear a face mask. You must come to the sale during sale days only to purchase items. All Sales are final, everything is sold as is where is. Cash preferred, credit/debit cards accepted with appropriate identification. Sales taxes are collected. Please bring your filled-out resale form and copy of your sales tax certificate, if you are a reseller, to EVERY sale. Valuables and money are removed from the house daily. Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. Children will not be allowed inside at any time. No public restrooms. We are not responsible for any accidents.

YAY! It's 50% off Sunday!! When Milady Went Shopping she searched the fields, the antique malls and estate sales to accumulate all the loot! Welcome to this 50 year collection! If you are into the antique, vintage, rare and unusual, antique display store counters, sewing, antique fabric and trims, wall art, lamps, antique bird cages, books, huge collection of Edwardian and other vintage clothing, vintage wooden vanity tables, antique drapery fixtures, antique brass chandeliers, and lamp parts (make your own?), full kitchen and dining room, Christmas decor and more - look no further. The much anticipated estate sale begins the weekend of April 30, 2021 through May 2, 2021, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm all three days, in Arlington, Texas. The house is not a small house, but every room is brimming with loot - so it is crowded inside - even without the shoppers. It is best to bring a crossbody purse and not a big bag. We ask that people not bring their own shopping bags because we have hold bins in the check-out room, where you can stash your treasure so you can shop with two hands. :-) There are a few steps up to the entrance of the house, and several areas with 2 or 3 steps through-out the house, so you'll need to be watchful about that. We accept cash and credit cards, but prefer a $50 minimum to use a credit card. If using a credit card, we will ask to see identification that matches the name on the credit card. (We do not accept checks, Venmo, PayPal, or other on-line forms of payment.) We request that shoppers not bring small children with them because the house is just too crowded and there are breakables everywhere.
