PICK-UP/REMOVAL- Have a copy or your paid invoice at pick-up. Pick up by appointment at UMFK, Development Office. Call Shannon Lugdon 207-834-7800 to schedule pick up before June 30, 2021. If you cannot retrieve your items within this timeframe and do not want them shipped do not bid. Any item not picked up at the set times with no prior shipping arrangements will be considered abandoned.
SHIPPING - Shipping can be arranged at additional expense to the buyer. Shipping will be arranged through UMFK, Development Office. Call Shannon Lugdon 207-834-7800 to arrange for payment of the shipping costs.

INVOICES & EMAILS- After auction is complete invoices will be emailed out to winning bidders. CHECK EMAIL JUNK & SPAM folders along with your inbox folder for invoices. Invoices will have information as to pick up times and locations. Email greggauctions@gmail.com if you believe you are the winning bidder of an item and have not received an invoice via email after 24 hours from the end of the auction.
CONTRACT BREACH- By registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth. Declined credit cards and/charge backs on credit cards is a breach of this contract and may result in legal action with buyer/credit card holder responsible for all attorney's fees.
MAINE LAW- Registering for this sale you have agreed to all terms and conditions set forth and Maine Auction Law, Title II, Sections 2-328 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Statute of Frauds. Proceeds from the UMFK Foundation Fundraising Auction will benefit The UMFK Foundation. The UMFK Foundation fundraises to support student scholarships, and faculty and staff initiatives at The University of Maine at Fort Kent. The UMFK Foundation is an integral part of LIFE at UMFK. Your bid will allow the UMFK Foundation to continue funding scholarships, as well as grants, like the "Feed the Bengals" program, which provided funds for UMFK athletic coaches to purchase food that they used to cook and distribute healthy meals to students during the initial Safer-At-Home period last year. Other grants awarded last year, like the purchase of reusable science lab equipment and online codes for nursing study guides, are extremely important to student success at UMFK and rely on fundraisers like this.
