Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.

Bidders must register to bid at http://orrellauctions.hibid.com.

All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the merchandise to their own satisfaction. While attempts have been made to accurately describe the items, Auctioneer and Seller make no representations or warranties concerning condition of the equipment or descriptions in marketing materials. It is the bidders responsibility to verify such descriptions prior to bidding. There will be no returns or refunds.

A 10% buyer premium will be added to the bid price of each item.

All items must be paid for on (date) at the Norris Simms Farm Headquarters on Crooked Bayou Rd McGehee, AR. on Wed May 18th between 9am and 4:30pm

Acceptable payment is Cash, Card with additional 3% added, Cashiers Check or good personal or company check. Personal or copany checks should be accompanied with phone number to bank. Call will be made to verify funds in account or buyer may bring current bank statement showing sufficient balance in the account on which check is to be written or letter from bank guaranteeing check.

Removal: All purchases should be removed on Wed May 19th between 9am and 4:30 pm. Any items left after this time will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold unless prior arrangements are made for delayed pickup.

All removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Loading is strictly the responsibility of the buyer. Load assistance is NOT provided by the Auction Co nor the Seller. If you need to hire someone to load for you, there are 3 tractor dealerships within 5 miles of the auction site in McGehee where you can hire out loading. Neither Auctioneer, Seller nor Loading Equipment Operator will be responsible for damage to purchased equipment or buyers transport equipment during loading.

Bidders acknowledge that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person enters at his or her own risk, with notice of condition of premises and activities that will be or have been conducted there. Persons attending during preview or removal, assume all risk of injury, damage or loss of personal property and specifically release the auctioneer and seller from liability. Neither Auctioneer nor the Seller shall be liable by any reason of defect in, or condition of the premises on which the exhibition, sale or removal of Lots is held.
