This is the amazing home of the late Ray Nichels, founder of Nichols Engineering, in Griffeth and Highland Indiana. He was a famous NASCAR and INDY car engineer. This is a priceless throwback in time. Built in 1964, this home sits almost the same, 56 years later. Furnishings were all kept in immaculately condition.
