Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday April 9th at 4:00 pm without exception. We do not have access to the property after this time. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of 59120 Hayes Road Ray Twp. MI 48096 (Enter from driveway off 27 Mile road on North East corner of Hayes and 27 Mile Road) during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged.
