Deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of non-marketable title. Buyer may pursue financing. Contract is not contingent upon obtaining financing or acceptable appraisal. By bidding you agree to waive a 10-day post inspection for lead based paint/hazards. ● ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Approx 8 acres are currently being farmed on a year-to-year basis with payment for land usage going to new owner.
