NO CHILDREN UNDER 10. WE DO NOT ALLOW STROLLERS. We provide wrapping paper for breakable items and we provide some boxes. Due to theft, we will no longer allow customers to bring their own shopping bags or baskets (we provide both of these items). If you bring these items in, you will be asked to leave them in your car. Thank you. Some houses are smaller than others, at some times, we will have to limit the amount of customers at one time. Please be patient, we want you in the house as much as you want in the house. We would appreciate that you DO NOT block driveways or mailboxes. If you want to purchase a large item, remove the tag and tell an employee so that they can mark it sold for you. But please remember, if you remove the tag and a sold tag is placed on the item, you just bought it! THIS HOME HAD CATS AS THEIR PETS MID CENTURY CHANDELIER
Austrian craftsmanship shines bright in this astonishing design by Prof. Friedl Bakalowits for his namesake company Bakalowits & Söhne. An assemblage of patinated polished brass and expertly cut glass rods come together to form Bakalowits' "Miracle". The airy design of this piece is due to its effortless construction; each polished glass rod is held in place with firm tension via individual brass wire loops. Radials of rods are then stacked with polished brass rings between each set. The result is an orderly spherical brass frame which bursts outwardly with elegant glass. When lit, each rod luminesces with bright tips, a timeless spectacle most akin to a miracle. Purchased through a well known Dallas interior designer in 1977 and has proudly graced celebrations for decades in its current location. It’s been converted from European.
