We're excited to let you know that your Maxanet account will be moved to the NEXT platform beginning Sunday night May 2.

Late Sunday night May 2, your Legacy account will be set to only allow admin access. Bidding and Bidder Registration on Legacy will be disabled during your data transition to NEXT.
Monday May 3 your Legacy data will be transitioned to your NEXT account.
Due to the time required to transition your Legacy data and images to NEXT, your Legacy account data may not be fully visible in NEXT until Tuesday May 4.

Your bidders will be able to login with their existing bidder numbers after resetting their passwords. (The password reset is required because NEXT requires a strong password where Legacy did not. This is not optional.)

Inform your bidders they will see a new login page. Our support team can provide a screenshot for you to send to your users so they know they are on a valid site. Their existing bidder numbers will work to login, but all bidders will be required to set a new password on their first visit. (NOTE: If a bidder has multiple bidder numbers sharing a single email in Legacy, Next will use the highest bidder number associated to that bidder. The bidder will login with the highest number.)
