Listing Information
      Sale days and hours~~~~FRIDAY, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m.~~~SATURDAY, 9:00a.m.-2:00 p.m.~~~SUNDAY-11:00a.m.-2:00 p.m.

The sign-up sheet will go out, around 8:00, on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the names from the top of the list, around 8:45.

Masks should be worn inside the house, since a large part of the sale will be outdoors, and in the big shop, use your own judgement in those areas. Try to social distance, please, and don’t sneeze, cough, slobber or spit on others. I’m telling y’all.  Or, we can go back to having to wear masks EVERYWHERE in our sales.  If ya feel better/safer in a mask, then by all means, wear one ! If ya feel safe enough without one, then you can do that.  I understand some folks are still spooked, about those not wearing masks, and I’m stuck in the middle, trying to keep everybody happy. Y’all should be able to HEAR my hair getting grayer, trying to please everyone !  We do provide hand sanitizer, and soap and water.

What a week of weather we’ve just had !! Why does she mention this, you may ask. Welllll, because of the amount of rain that has fallen, at this week’s sale property, the parking situation has to be altered a bit. OK, a lot. There can be NO parking in the owner’s nice, big pasture. In fact, there can be no parking inside the gate area of the property at all, pretty much.  We’ll have it barricaded, so that the ONLY vehicles allowed in, will be those picking up/loading their purchases. There are several side roads, leading to the sale property, so parking should be ok. There will just be a walk, to the front door of the house, where everyone will come in/out. You’ll actually walk PAST the shop, that’s packed with fun goodies, and go in through the front door, out the back door, and get into the shop that way. There’s a large yard area to walk across, that should’ve dried out before the sale.

This week’s sale will be held at 308 Henderson, in BRAZORIA. It’s a small road, between Kenjo’s Barbecue, and The Kolache Shop, right off FM 521.  Hey, y’all can stop for yummy kolaches for breakfast, and good barbecue for lunch !  Please drive, and park carefully. And courteously. Don’t block driveways, or the streets, please.

There will be NO children allowed in the sale areas, please.

No large purses, backpacks, carriers, etc. allowed in the sale areas.

We do NOT provide haulers, carriers, nor pack mules !! You need to be able to move your large purchases. We can provide the name/number of a very good local moving company.

We DO charge sales tax, on all purchases. We accept credit cards, cash, and local, approved checks. There’s a $60 returned check fee, so please write your bad checks somewhere else.

There are a lot of neon signs for sale, in the shop area. They’re delicate, and the glass can break, with very little effort. IF YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING A SIGN, THEN DO NOT touch them !!!!!  If you break a sign, you WILL be responsible for buying it. Some of the transformers used, can also “bite”, when touched. (Ask  how I know THAT !)  If you purchase a sign, one of the EL workers may help get it off the wall, but then, it’s yours to move.
