10% Buyers Premium & 3.5% Credit Card Fee will be applied to your purchase. If purchasing a firearm there is a Transfer fee that will be paid at time of pickup. Firearms will be picked up at Baxters Gunsmithing and Sales in Klemme, IA 50449 ph 641-787-2622.

When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash or Checks accepted at time of pickup. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file when you registered. One for the item, the other for Shipping.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: May 11th 1:00pm to 7:00pm. If you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time, to confirm "Ship to" Address. Unless shipping or pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup dates may be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions and those Bidders permanently Banned from our Auction Site.
