Bidding Information Sheet

 

In order to make a bid on any item, bidder must:  

1.    Fill out a PES Bid Form, in it’s entirety, and submit it at the register. 

2.    There is a minimum reserve price your bid must meet.  This is a price that is not shared until the bid reconciliation process has begun Friday at 4:30 p.m. off-site and a bid meets that reserve.  If the reserve is not met, the item will go unsold. 

3.    Bids will be accepted on this item until Friday May 21st 2021 up until 4:00 p.m.

4.    All bids must be made in person during the sale using our bid sheet form.

5.    Top 3 bidders will be contacted and a special telephone number will be provided to the top 3 bidders.  These bidders will be provided a “paddle number” and will speak their paddle number along with their bid in increments of $100 amounts.  Failure to provide a $100 increment increase will result in the increment to decrease to $50 dollars until hammer price is achieved and one bidder remains as the winner.  This live-phone call auction will take place at 5:00 p.m. Friday May 21st 2021.  You must be available at the number you provided and have entered the conference call by no later than 5:00 pm. EST Friday May 21st 2021.  Failure to be present on conference call will result in a NULL BID and you will be immediately removed from the bidding process if not present on the call at 5:00 p.m.

6.    Winning bidder must return to sale location Saturday May 22nd and provide full payment via credit card along with a 5% buyer’s premium on the hammer price. Payment must be received in full, by no later than Saturday May 22nd at 11:00 a.m. EST

7.    Bidder will be required to provide a copy of their driver’s license and sign a form stating the purchase amount. 

 

8.    Failure to meet any of the above criterium will result in a NULL BID.
