Bidders inspection is encouraged, by photo or in person.
By placing a bit, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Therefore, no returns, refunds, or refusal to remove your items for our auction house, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Irrevocable.
15% Buyers premium rate charged to bidders.
We accept Cash or credit cards. Credit will be charged immediately after the auction ends. Cash discount at pick up of 2% on Buyers Premium..
Pick up customers: Pick up is normally on Saturday and Sunday after the auction ends. You have until Sunday at 5pm to pick up the items.
Shipping customers: Let us know up front you will need shipping on any items won. We charge a $10 Handling fee to pull your order and transport it to our 3rd party shipper. 3rd party shipper will contact you with options and you will pay him direct for shipping.
If items are left for any reason past 20 days past the auction, we will charge you full price and resell you items at our convenience.
Auctioneer had the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He also has the right to pass on any bid he feels in not in the best interest of his clients.

This is the last auction of the inventory reduction for Mrs. Bynum. The next auction will be the Store Contents. This auction contains many great items including, Deer pelts, beaver pelts, Carnival Glass, morano glass, Christmas decor, M&M collectables, Trading Cards; signed and authinicated Joe Jackson baseball card, Wizard of Oz Trading Cards, Mark Martin Cards, vintage suitecases, misc. tools, Sleeved comics including Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, XMan, many other vintage comic books, vases,. More to come as this is a partial catalog. This auction will start on 5/16 @ 7 am thru 5/27ending 7pm. Pick up will not be until 5/29 & 5/30 only. No other days are available as we will be picking up another auction beginning monday. We will ship most items from this auction and shipping will not take place until 6/1 Preview will begin when the auction is online and if you wish to have a live preview, please call us and we will arrange a preview for you. Please Note: We provide shipping through Parcel Express in Mesquite, TX. We will charge you a $10 handling fee on you auction invoice, however we do not know how much shipping will be and will not guess therefore, you will get a call or email from Parcel Express in mesquite with your shipping options and you will pay him for the actual shipping and any thing else dealing with the actual shipping. Please check your junk mail for his email if you have not recieved it.
