STOW IT has 5 Storage units, 4 Vehicles and 3 Tractors up for auction to satisfy lanlord lein. All items are being sold "as is". No warranties or gurantees will be given on any item in the auction. Lein searches have been processed on all 4 vehicles. No titles will be provided for any item in the sale, only bill of sale with State transfer papers from the facility. Buyers are responsible for removing all items purchased. A $100 deposit will be charged for each lot purchased at the end of the Auction. Once you have removed all items purchased, deposit will be refunnded back to Credit Card. Lots not removed from facility with in 5 day are subject to being forfeited and deposit lost, so please stay in touch with us. Payment for lots purchased must be made within 24hrs of closing of auction. Payments can be made by Cash and/or Credit Card. If you wish to pay by cash, you must indicate at the time of registration. You will have 5 Business Days (Sunday is not counted as "business day") to remove your items from the facility. You must schedule a time for pickup. We do not provide shipping or moving.
