When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Dates: Tue. May 18 1:00pm Central to 7:00 PM.

Unless alternate pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot per day Storage. Anything after 5 days will be considered abandoned & forfeited with no refund .
They will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
Parties not Picking up thier items or not paying for items will be barred from bidding on our Auctions and a Negative report posted on Auction Flex for other Auctioneers to review.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions and those Bidders will be barred from bidding at future Auctions

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
