These items are offered for auction and their descriptions are from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions and change without notice. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or identification purposes only. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION RESTS WITH THE BUYER. Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $2,500.00 (A 3% Credit Card Convenience Payment Fee for Credit & Debit Cards), and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)

THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX PER ITEM (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)



SHIPPING:

DO-BID.COM WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OF SOME ITEMS TO ANY OF OUR DO-BID.COM LOCATIONS OR AFFILIATE LOCATIONS AND ALSO THE SHIPPIN’ SHACK. FEES FOR THIS SERVICE ARE POSTED ON EACH ITEM IF THAT ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO BE TRANSPORTED BY DO-BID.COM. A DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS (25% DISCOUNT ON OVER 5 ITEMS, 50% DISCOUNT ON OVER 10 ITEMS). TRANSPORTATION OF ITEMS WILL BE ON EVERY OTHER WEEK. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO ANY DO-BID LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 1, 2021. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 5 minutes). In addition, there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.

• Masks are required per Governor Walz's Executive Order.
• Hand sanitizer will be available to use at locations
• We recommend Social Distancing guidelines while in our buildings and keep at least 6 feet away from staff & other customers while picking up or viewing our auctions.
• Up to a Maximum of no more than 5 customers in the building at one time
• If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has been tested positive - Please Do Not Come to our Building!
• Commonly touch area's will get disinfected on a consistent and frequent
• basis
• All employees will be wearing masks
• All employees will have temperatures checked daily.
