This is an Online Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online, and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts on Sunday, May 16, 2021 and starts closing on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 6:00PM CST.

ONLINE AUCTION STARTS CLOSING
Online Auction Starts Closing Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 6:00PM CST. Each lot ends 30 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 3 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 3 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.

REQUIRED REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO BID
You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction.

NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS! Everything Sold is AS-IS. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. Payment can be done when you pick up your items. All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION END, which is Thursday, June 3, 2021 by 6:00pm, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have not made payment by 6PM on Thursday, June 3, 2021, you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice plus the 14% Buyers Premium. Then if items are not picked up within 5 days of payment, items are considered abandoned and are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing. Abandoned items become the property of Iggy's Auction.
DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: If you have not made payment and your credit card is declined your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

After payment has been received, we will then package your items and charge your credit card a second time for the total cost of shipping.

All costs for shipping, packaging and insurance will be at the buyer's expense. (Packaging charges will apply to cover handling, time, and materials.) Minimum packaging cost per box is $10.00, but multiple items, exceptionally large, heavy, or fragile items may incur extra fees. Insurance is required on the value of the property being shipped. If you win multiple items and the combination of them do not fit in a 12" x 12" Box, we may have to ship them in multiple boxes. DECANTERS, LIQUIDS OF ANY KIND, FURNITURE OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD NEED TO BE SHIPPED ON A PALLET ARE NOT SHIPPABLE. BID INCREMENTS
Bidding increment are $1.00

STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 30 seconds after the previous lot (all lots do not end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

MAX BID AMOUNT
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21, It will take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

RESERVE: If there is a reserve on an item, the item will have an orange exclamation mark. Up until the reserve is met, you will be bidding against the reserve. Once the reserve is met, the item will have a green checkmark, then it takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON ITEMS AT AUCTION
After the entire auction has ended you will receive 2 emails. The 1st email will be an invite for you to sign up for a pick-up time. The 2nd email has information on the Pick-up/Payment Location, Dates, Time, a Link to Sign Up and Shipping Information. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE BY THE NEXT DAY. Attached to that email will also be your invoice.

You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
