All items Treasure Chest Estate Sale sells are pre-owned and used. You should expect the signs of wear. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, descriptions and measurements the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Lots contain more than one picture, click on the main picture to see additional photos. All items are sold as-is, where-is. Buyer agrees everything is sold as is and they may not return an item they purchase. In the event of error in description, please refer to photos as part of the description.

Winning bidders will receive address information for pick up via email - LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS. Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive Auction Win instructions via email. Appointments requested via email or phone call will not be honored!

Pick up: Tuesday 05/25 3:00pm-6:00pm. If you cannot pick up winning items please do not bid. Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited without refund - NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Buyers MUST BRING HELP TO MOVE ALL FURNITURE &HEAVY ITEMS. WE DO NOT Assist in moving of furniture. Please provide boxes & packing for small self packing items. It is your responsibility to load your vehicle.

For Tax exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax exempt information and certificate in Auction Ninja system before bidding.
