Pickup is Saturday, May 22 from 9am to Noon and the property, 103 Locust St, Warrenton, VA 20186. No loading assistance or packing supplies.

PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard ONLY. On Friday, May 21st, after the auction has closed, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases. Invoices will be emailed Friday night. DECLINED CC or CHECKS will be charged a $25 processing fee.

2. BIDDING ERRORS: Be aware that many bidders increase their own bid in error. If that happens immediately contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or EMAIL: shumateauction@aol.com. Any changes to your bid must be made before the close of the auction, no changes after auction closes. Be advised to review your bid choices before completing the action.

3. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. If an item has active bidding when it comes up to close, that item will be skipped until there is no bidding for 3 minutes, then it will close.
4. PICKUP is ONLY: Saturday May 22 from 9 am to Noon EST. Questions can be sent to shumateauction@aol.com. 540-229-7063 DECLINED CC or CHECKS will be charged a $25 processing fee.
5. SALES TAX: Virginia State Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, you must email (shumateauction@aol.com) or fax(540-359-6030) a copy of your ST-10 form PRIOR to auction closing. You can obtain a VA form online at www.tax.virginia.gov. State Tax will be applied if your signed tax exempt form is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number.
6. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%.
7. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by 8AM on Saturday after the auction closes, pickup day. If you do not receive a receipt contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or shumateauction@aol.com.
8. SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer direct to the UPS Store, or other arrangments made by buyer. Shumate Auctions WILL NOT SHIP.
9. FAILURE TO PICK UP: The property has been sold and has to be empty by Sunday May 23.. Those items not picked up on Saturday, May 22 will be forfeited with no refund and become property of Shumate Auctions. If you are having problems picking up, contact us at 540-229-7063
