Estate Sale of Al & Claire Hook

This sale is very near and dear to my heart.  I've known the Hooks for the past 12 or so years.  They often stopped by my home when I was working in the yard when they were driving home from First Baptist Church.

As you will see, Claire was an Artist and you will see many supplies here at the sale.  She taught art at Hamlin JH, King and Ray HS.  She and Al loved collecting!  You will see many of their "treasures" thoughout their home.  Both she and Al graduated from Ray HS in 1953.

Al coached at Baker JH & Ray HS.  He then became Principal at Carroll High School in the 70's.

Both were very active in their church (First Baptist) and taught Sunday School and Al was troop leader of BSA Troop 11.

This sweet couple had many hobbies!  They loved to travel, Al loved restoring old cash registers and loved tinkering around in his garage.  He has restored many cars and he treasured his 1929 Model A Ford which the family is selling.

You will also see lots of COCA COLA items!  They were avid collectors!

The Hooks raised 2 children and have many grandchildren.  Sadly, they passed away a few months ago just 4 days apart.

Come see if we have a "treasure" for you at the Hook's sale!

We will have this sale Rain or Shine!  Please bring mosquito spray!
