A brilliant and much admired scholar-curator, Christopher Monkhouse retired to Brunswick from the Art Institute of Chicago.  He also had a lovely home in Machias, Maine.  He was a life-long collector with wide ranging interests that are reflected in the objects and art in his estate.

NOTES: Masks will be required while inside the house for the first 2 hours of the Sale. The sale is all through the downstairs of the house.  It may be crowded - wear a mask for the first 2 hours and anytime during the day if you are not vaccinated or uncomfortable with crowded spaces.  Thank you!
