All Valuables including Jewelry are removed from the sale nightly. This home is alarmed and the owners are still living in the home. Please be respectful of their privacy. Cash and Credit cards are accepted. The credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept American Express. All merchandise is sold "As is", "Where is" with no Warranties, Expressed or Implied. No refunds, returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. All sales are final. By state law, sales tax will be added to all sales unless a copy of your resale certificate is provided. ALL items must be picked up the same day they are purchased by 1:00pm. Please respect the home and the property. Be courteous to those shopping around you. Enter at your own risk. Watch your surroundings, we are not responsible for accidents and injuries. 50% OFF SATURDAY! To start we have over 200 Lladro figurines and most have their boxes. These include “Voyage of Columbus”, “At the Stroke of 12 Midnight”, and “Where Love Begins” just to name a few. There are also a large number of beautiful Swarovski crystal figures, including some incredible rarities, such as a Limited Edition Eagle and Peacock with their paperwork and special cases. Many of the Swarovski figures are signed, including a Limited Edition Squirrel signed by Anton Hirzinger. Other fantastic items include over a dozen Sterling silver miniature kachina dolls and pottery by J. Castillo and some other artists, many Marto gold plated Damascene Plates, an amazing Marto Damascene sword and dagger, and a larger number of Limited Edition sculptures in Pewter by D. Polland. This is far from the beginning here as there is Native American pottery by Joy Navasie (Frog Woman), many signed Kachinas, and many, many other similar items. Since we mentioned Lladros and Swarovski crystal, we must mention that there are some amazing Christmas ornaments and décor, including dozens of Swarovski crystal and Lladro ornaments, and a large number of Disney Princess Slipper Ornaments. In fact, we have dedicated most of an entire room to beautiful Christmas ornaments and décor such as these. This is just the very tip of what you will find here as this house is packed full of amazing and beautiful collections, such as those mentioned above, and many, many others as well. We have a packed house indeed. From the all the bedrooms, living room, family room, office, kitchen, patio and garage, every room is full. There is even a sewing room with several sewing machines and a craft room full of surprises. This is a wonderful and packed estate so please take time to view the nearly one thousand pictures!
