Online Auction Terms and Conditions

Review all of these rules that apply to every online auction unless otherwise specified in the auction details.

WINNING BIDS: All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued. Your bid enters you into a legal binding contract. You will be notified of winning bids by email to the email address you have on fil with us. Please check your spam folder to ensure that our email is on has not been placed there. Please check the auction details after it has closed so that you know you were the winning bidder on an item.

STAGGERED CLOSING: All auctions start closing at the stated day & time, beginning with the first items, and closing multiple items per minute thereafter, in "ALL ITEMS" catalog order. This feature, allows our online auctions to closel with the excitement of a 'live auction, allowing bidding to continue while active, closing an item only when a given state of inactivity has been reached.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of any kind Our written descriptions are simply our opinions and should in no way be considered a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials, or any other feature of items being sold. We will make every effort to point out defects, but we are in no way responsible or liable for the correctness item. By placing a bid you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire or that you have chosen not to examine them. If you require absolute certainty regarding the authenticity or other details about an item that you are unable to ascertain upon your own examination, we recommend that you consult an expert or to refrain from bidding on the item in question.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to each purchase. If you win an item for $20.00 you will be charged $20.00 plus 15% Buyers premium of $3.00 plus the sales tax.

SALES TAX: Virginia (or other state tax) State Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, you must email/fax a copy of your ST-10 tax exempt form PRIOR to auction closing. Email your ST-10 form to DANDTAUCTIONCOMPANY@YAHOO.COM You can obtain a VA form online at www.tax.virginia.gov.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES: We will charge your credit card for your purchases after the auction, plus buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax. Please ensure that you have an adequate available balance to complete your purchase. If your credit card is declined, and you do not submit payment within 48 hours, you will be banned from all future auctions.

PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by the end of auction closing day. If you won items and do not see an email receipt from us, please check your spam box/filter. If you do not receive a receipt please contact us immediately to obtain one.

DELINQUENT/UNPAID ACCOUNTS: The Bidder/Buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection, transportation, storage and removal fee associated with any delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

RECEIPT REQUIRED: To pick up your items, you must bring your paid receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!

REMOVAL TIMES: All items MUST be removed at the time posted within each auction. By bidding in our auction, you understand and agree to the removal of your item by the day and times listed for that auction. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON THE SPECIFIED REMOVAL DAY/TIME. Items not removed at the specified day and times will be considered abandoned and results in forfeiture of your items. NO refunds, or credits will be issued for abandoned items.
