After the sale has ended you will receive an invoice that contains a link to schedule your pickup time. After paying your invoice, click on the link to schedule your pickup time and receive the pickup address. If you require shipping, or have any issues with scheduling, please email Deb at dandree@caringtransitions.com. You can select a time from any open slots and will be sent a reminder a day before pickup.
Note: Winners must take the ENTIRE LOT. NO ITEMS MAY BE LEFT BEHIND. Violators will be banned from all Caring Transitions auctions. Additionally, if you win large items YOU MUST BRING HELP (AND TOOLS, IF NEEDED) to remove them from the home. Shipping is available for small non-breakable items only (12” x 9” x 5” or smaller) and will be packed by Caring Transitions of Mechanicsburg for $10 plus the cost of UPS shipping. This process may take a couple weeks. Your patience is appreciated. If you would like your item(s) shipped, first pay your invoice and then contact dandree@caringtransitions.com. You will be invoiced for shipping at a later date. If you have any questions at all, please contact Carolyn Doerr at cdoerr@caringtransitions.com.
