We will be selling the contents of several unpaid units at C & C Mini Storage in China Grove. We will be selling the contents of each unit as a WHOLE unit. They will not be broken down. These units contain items such as Tools, Furniture, Antiques, Collectibles, Fishing items, NASCAR and much more. We will open the door to the unit, and you will be given an opportunity to examine the unit from the outside at the door. You will not be allowed in the unit. There is lots of great merchandise in these units. You will be charged a refundable deposit of $50.00 when you pay your bill for clean out of the unit. Once the unit is cleaned out to the approval of the management, the money will be returned to you.
