All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is", All Sales are final, Latimer Auction makes no Warranty - implied or expressed.

When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction, unless arrangements are made prior to the auction close. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file when you registered. One for the item, the other for Shipping when it is packed & ready to ship.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Friday June 25th 9:00am till 2:00pm . If you need to have our items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time, to confirm "Ship to" Address. Shipping is available on smaller items only, Latimer Auction will not be responsible for any damages occuring during shipping.
IF you cannot pickup items during specified pickup time, please do not bid! Lots not picked up during the specified pickup dates/times will be charged $5 per lot per day Storage for a maximum of 7 days.
After 7 Days any items left will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.

After many years of Welding, Building & Repairs, John has decided to fully retire. We will be selling all of John's remaining Inventory of parts, Nuts, Bolts & Trailer Parts, Shop Equipment, Welders & Tools to the Highest Bidder.
