Listing Information

Dick and Louise Moser settled in Portland in 1965 after various moves around the US.  Dick served on various commissions and boards and served as the mayor of Portland for 4 years.  He was deeply involved with the growth of the City of Portland.

 

His most satisfying accomplishment came when he was able to get the city to work with TXDot to build and complete the Sunset Lake Hike and Bike Trail.

 

Louise taught for several years in Corpus Christi and was the first woman principal in the GP School District.  She completed her teaching career with 18 years as Principal of East Cliff Elementary.

 

The  Moser's raised 2 children in Portland and have collected all kinds of unique items throughout their marriage.  You'll see that this family loved to entertain, their collection of Waterford, and serving pieces are amazing.
