Thomas “Tommy” Lamb was a longtime architect who designed well over 100 luxurious homes throughout south Tampa, Davis Island and along Bayshore Blvd. He was well respected in the area not only as an architect, but also because of his love for the arts and the fashion world, which can be seen throughout his home, in his collections of fine art, unique furniture, and even his amazing Louis Vuitton and Gucci shoe collection! Last year in 2020, before he passed, he was in the process of purchasing a beautiful new condo on Bayshore Blvd. Several of the high-end light fixtures and chandeliers, as well as some of the furniture for sale are brand new in the box, never unpacked or used at all. Due to the unique nature of this particular estate, we will be offering a few of the items for pre-sale to anyone interested (by phone only though, not an on-site pre-sale) which you’ll notice as you look through the pics and see the descriptions and pre-sale info. Other than these and maybe a few others, the great majority of everything else will be available for sale on the sale dates of June 24-27 from 8am-3pm daily.
