BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you have all the correct items. *Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate. Pick up is not inspection time. Please schedule time for inspection. Call (612) 517-5434 Please bring someone with you to remove heavy items or multiple items. Please bring tools if required. Team can not help disassemble or move items from auction location. If you should need an alternative day for pick up, please contact us to arrange pick up time at warehouse. This is the first round of great finds from a collector that had some cool items in his basement. Some of the item boxes may have been crushed and just need a few taps of glue. These items are collectibles, not toys.
