WE ARE MAKING MASKS OPTIONAL THIS WEEK.
Fun sale this week, in a cute farmhouse. Outside of Brazoria, please park carefully, and courteously !! The road is narrow, and the ditches are deep and mushy. Most parking will be on the edge of the road. DON’T block the road !!!! The sale will be held at 2555 County Road 315. You can,(from Highway 36, near the prison farm), turn onto County Road 310,(Hinkle’s Ferry Road), and take a right onto 315. Or, you can turn onto County Road 799, (where The Hut used to be), then a left onto 315. We’ll have signs out.
There are guns at this week’s sale, but they will not be in the home until the sale starts. They’re being kept off site.
The home is full, and there are several steps up/down. You’ll have to go through the home, to get into the sheds.
THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS.,
No large backpacks, bags, strollers, etc., allowed in, or they could be subject to search.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide carriers, haulers, nor pack mules.
We accept credit cards and cash.
