Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:00 PM Wedneday, July 28, 2021. In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 5 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 5 minutes.
This will continue until there is no activity for 5 minutes.

Balance due in 30 days of Auction Close or before as set forth in the Real Estate purchase agreement. Down payment must be made payable to "Edge Properties Trust". In the event the purchaser fails to close, the down payment will be retained by the Seller as liquidated damages.

BUYER'S PREMIUM:
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the high bid amount. The high bid amount plus the 10% buyer's premium equals the purchase price.
