There is a $100 clean out deposit per booth purchased to be paid directly to the booth owner. The deposit will be refunded after the booth is inspected buy the owner. All items must be removed from the flea market by 4pm on 7/27/21. 
Terms are cash or credit card only. (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) Deposits must be paid in cash. 10% Buyer Premium for cash. 13% Buyers Premium for credit card payments. All items are sold as is without warranties or guarantees.

Higdon Ferry Flea Market is closing! JJ’S Auctions and Resale LLC has contracted with several of the vendors to liquidate the entire contents of their booths. This is a live auction only! Currently we have ten (10) booths under contract and hope to add more booths. The booths will each be sold as individual units. The sale will be of all the merchandise and fixtures within the booth. It does not include the walls or lighting. There will be no sales of individual items. The booths contain all sorts of flea market merchandise. There are antiques, tools, glass ware, new merchandise, decor items, DVDs, jewelry, furniture, shelving, display cases, showcases and much more. The pictures on this site were taken on 7/7/21. Sales will continue of the items contained in the booths until 7/25/21 so some of the pictured items will have sold before the auction. Preview and Registration will begin on 7/26/21 at 9:30am.
