LAVELLE ESTATE ON-LINE AUCTION
22820 Mountaineer Highway (Knobfork) Littleton, WV From Hundred take US Rt. 250 South. Turn onto WV Rt. 7 towards New Martinsville. Go 8-1/4 miles to just inside the Knobfork - Littleton area on Rt. 7. The auction site is on the left of Rt. 7. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
The following items are from the Lavelle Estate. A nice selection of items will be offered from this super clean home. This is just the highlights of lots to be sold.
Online Bidding will open on Sunday, July 11, and will end on Friday, July 16th, beginning at 6:00 pm.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Wednesday, July 14th, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Pick-up will be One Day Only – Saturday, July 17th from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm (Noon).
