All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates.

If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities.

COVID ------- Due to COVID and CDC Guidlines, C2 Management will be limiting pickup and inspection to 3 customers in the facility at a time. All customers waiting are asked to stay in their vehicle until a staff member is available to assist. All customers are asked to follow social distancing protocols and are REQUIRED to wear a mask on the auction premises. If you do not have a mask, you will not be allow to enter the facility.

PREVIEW: All items in this auction are sold AS IS. Some items in this auction are damaged, returned items, or missing parts. If an item is not labelled as "works" or "new" there is no guarantee that it will function. We inspect each item as best as we can, but it is up to the bidder to inspect the item on one of our inspection days if they feel it is necessary. Our preview days for this auction are 7/26 and 7/27 BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close Wednesday at 5:00pm, with each successive lot delayed slightly. If a bidder places a bid within the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended. Full terms of the auction can be found on HiBid. PAYMENT: We are unable to accept cash or checks. The card entered into our site will be charged the day following the auction's close. At that time you will receive an email with your invoice and instructions for pickup. PICKUP: Pickup takes place the Monday and Tuesday following an auction's end. Pickup for this auction is 8/2 and 8/3. You MUST bring a copy of your invoice to pick up your items. If you do not pick up on these dates or contact us within one week of the auction's close, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded.
